Maverick’s Bar and Grill was born out of a shared vision among friends to create a unique destination that would enrich the Hudson’s Hope community. Opened in July 2024, we recognized a distinct gap in our local economy for an establishment that offered not only great food, but also engaging entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere.
Our menu is the heart of Maverick’s, featuring a diverse selection of dishes crafted with quality ingredients, setting us apart from other dining options in the region. Already, we have gained recognition for our culinary offerings, and we are committed to continually evolving and enhancing our menu to delight our patrons.
In addition to dining, Maverick’s Bar and Grill is proud to provide a vibrant space for entertainment. We’ve already hosted successful events such as baseball watch parties, lively dances, and a Halloween bash, with many more exciting activities planned for the future. As we grow, we’re thrilled to announce that we will soon be offering Maverick’s swag, allowing our supporters to carry a piece of their favorite local spot with them.

Meet Travous, Nerissa, Chris, and Brittany—locals who are woven into the very fabric of Hudson’s Hope. For nearly their whole lives, they’ve called this beautiful town home, raising their families and building lives filled with love, laughter, and connection.
Recent observations revealed a void in the community, and these four decided to take action. They envisioned a place where people could come together to share good food, great drinks, and unforgettable moments.
And that dream has come to life at Mavericks Bar & Grill! More than just a bar and grill, it’s a vibrant gathering spot designed to bring our community closer. Picture this: a warm, welcoming space filled with the mouthwatering aroma of sizzling burgers, perfectly grilled steaks, and tantalizing appetizers.
